Delete your 1krNote account

1krNote signs in with a 1kr account. You can ask us to delete that account and the data linked to it at any time, even if you can no longer sign in. Using the app without an account needs no deletion: your notes exist only on your phone.
Delete it yourself (immediately)
- Log in to your account at 1kr.uk/app-login.
- On the My Subscription page, scroll down to Delete account.
- Enter your password, type DELETE and press Delete my account. The account is deleted at once, any Lemon Squeezy subscription is cancelled and you are signed out on all devices.
If you pay with PayPal, cancel the subscription in PayPal first (Settings → Payments → Automatic payments); we cannot cancel PayPal subscriptions for you.
Or ask us by e-mail (also if you cannot log in)
- Send an e-mail to support@1kr.uk with the subject Delete my 1krNote account.
- Send it from the e-mail address of your 1kr account, so we can confirm it is yours. If you no longer use that address, tell us and we will ask a few questions to confirm you own the account.
- We confirm by e-mail and delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner). Any active plan ends and you are signed out on all devices.
When we delete your account we also cancel any Lemon Squeezy subscription. A PayPal subscription must be cancelled in PayPal.
Delete the data on your phone
Notes, photos, videos, voice memos and the search index are stored only on your phone. Delete individual notes in the app, or delete everything by uninstalling 1krNote or using Android Settings → Apps → 1krNote → Storage → Clear storage.
What is deleted, and what is kept
