Ask during a voice chat: "Send my shopping list to Anna by text" or "E-mail the meeting note to jo@example.com".
The assistant prepares the message and shows it under Ready to Send, with the recipient ("To: …") and the text. Tap Send …: your own messages or e-mail app opens with everything filled in, and you tap Send there.
Nothing is ever sent by the assistant itself.
You can give a number or address, or a name from your contacts (looked up on the phone, see "Call Mark Sutton").
