Deleting your 1kr account removes it and its data on our server: e-mail address, password, phones, plans and your AI key. It's the same account as 1krBlocker's, so it's deleted for both apps. Notes stored on your phone are not deleted; you can keep using 1krNote without an account.
On iPhone: open Settings → Delete account, type your password and tap Delete my account.
On Android: Settings → Delete account opens the page on the website where you can delete it.
Cancel subscriptions first:
- "Your plan bought on the website still renews. Cancel it there first, then delete the account.": a plan bought on 1kr.uk still renews. Cancel it on the website under Billing, then delete the account.
- An App Store subscription isn't cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in the iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions so you aren't charged again.
"Wrong password.": type your 1kr account password. If you forgot it, reset it on the website first.
