What Deep check is and what is sent

Deep check asks the 1krBlocker server for a second opinion on one message, using an AI that knows current scam campaigns. It's useful when the app isn't sure, or when you want a closer look.

How to use it: open a message's Why? screen (or a message in quarantine) and tap Deep check…. Before anything is sent you see What is sent: the message text with numbers, e-mail addresses, your name and link details hidden, the sender's type and country (never the number) and the reasons the app found. Tap Send only if you're happy with it.

What the result can do: it can only raise a message's risk and add reasons. It never releases, deletes or blocks anything by itself.

Who can use it: Deep check is part of Starter (with your own AI key, see "Adding your own AI key"), Plus and Family, with a monthly number of checks shown on your account's overview. The phone must be linked to your account.

You can also have the app send uncertain messages automatically (Deep check messages the app isn't sure about in Settings), and donate a message to improve detection; donated messages can be deleted any time in Settings.
