The Security history on the Security tab lists everything 1krBlocker did, and everything you did, grouped by day: messages Moved to quarantine, Blocked or Delivered with a warning, and your actions such as Released to inbox, Sender blocked, Rule created or Link opened anyway.
Tap an entry to open its Why? screen.
Filters: All, Stopped (blocked and quarantined), Warnings, Your actions, Senders and Risks taken (links or files you opened anyway).
If a message was deleted later: "This message is no longer on your phone, so only this record of the event is left."
The history stays on your phone. To clear it, see "Clearing history or quarantine".
