Deleting your 1kr account is for both apps at once. This removes the account, its phones, plans, AI key and donations, at once and for good. Your phones keep their on-phone protection.
- Sign in at 1kr.uk and open Your data.
- Under Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm ("Type DELETE to confirm." means it wasn't typed exactly), and confirm with your password and, if it's on, your two-step code.
On iPhone you can also delete it in 1krNote (see "Deleting your account from the app").
What stays: your notes and messages are on your phones, not in the account, so they aren't deleted; both apps keep working without an account. Payment records without your name or e-mail are kept for seven years because tax law requires it.
Before deleting, cancel subscriptions (see "Your subscription still renews when deleting"). An App Store subscription is cancelled in the iPhone's settings.
Only remove one phone instead? In 1krBlocker: Settings → Account → Remove this phone; or remove it on the website under Phones.
