1krNote signs in with your 1kr account, the same e-mail and password as on 1kr.uk and for 1krBlocker. Open Settings → Account and tap Login.
- "Wrong e-mail or password.": check the e-mail address for typos and that Caps Lock is off. If you forgot the password, reset it on the website ("Forgot your password").
- "This account uses two-step sign-in. Enter the code from your authenticator app.": your account has two-step sign-in. Open your authenticator app and type the current 6-digit code in Two-step code or recovery code. Lost your authenticator? A recovery code works there too.
- "That code didn't work. Enter the current code.": codes change every 30 seconds; type the newest one. If codes never work, check that the phone with your authenticator shows the right time (set it to automatic).
- "Too many attempts. Try again in a few minutes.": after several failed attempts sign-in pauses for a few minutes, to protect your account. Wait, then try once more carefully.
- "Can't reach the server. Check your connection and try again.": check the phone's internet connection and try again.
