Sometimes a genuine message looks like a scam: a delivery notice with a short link, a bank's one-time code, a message from a new number. You can get it back in a few taps, and teach 1krBlocker for next time.
Move it to your inbox:
- Open Quarantine and tap the message.
- Check Why? if you want to see why it was held.
- Tap Release to inbox. It's marked as safe. Its links still open through the link preview.
To release several at once, long-press one, select the others, and tap Release to inbox.
So it doesn't happen again: after you release a message, 1krBlocker offers Create a rule from this decision?:
- Always trust this sender: messages from this sender aren't treated as unknown any more. Their links are still checked.
- Allow messages like this from this sender: a rule for messages like this one from this sender.
You can check and change the rule before it's saved; nothing is saved without you.
Too many genuine messages held? Your protection level may be Strict. Change it in Settings → Protection level; Balanced is recommended.
Before releasing, be sure it's real: a message that claims to be from your bank or a courier and asks you to tap a link, pay a fee or share a code is almost always a scam. When in doubt, contact the company through its own app or website instead.
