After a Deep check you see one of two results:
- "The result raised this message's risk and added its reasons.": the reasons it found are added to the Why? screen, starting with "Deep check:", and the message may move to quarantine.
- "Done. The result didn't change the verdict.": the AI found nothing beyond your phone's own checks. That doesn't prove the message is safe; it only means there was nothing to add.
Deep check can only make a message riskier. It never moves a message to your inbox, deletes it or blocks anyone.
The Deep check reasons name the kind of scam, for example:
- "Deep check: it matches parcel-delivery scams", "Deep check: it reads like someone pretending to be your bank", "Deep check: it reads like someone pretending to be a tax office, the police or another authority", "Deep check: it matches "Hi Mum, new number" and family-emergency scams", "Deep check: it matches investment and crypto scams", "Deep check: it matches fake job offers", "Deep check: it matches fake-customer scams on selling sites", "Deep check: it matches prize and giveaway scams"
- and what it asks of you: "Deep check: it asks you to pay", "Deep check: it asks for a code", "Deep check: it asks you to pass on a code. Never share codes sent to you", "Deep check: it asks you to install a remote-access app", "Deep check: it wants you to act through a link", "Deep check: it puts you under time pressure"

"Couldn't reach the server. Nothing was deleted." appears when deleting donated messages in Settings without a connection. Try again when the phone is online.
