When you link a phone, 1krBlocker asks Google Play to confirm that the app is the genuine one from Google Play and that the phone hasn't been tampered with. If Google Play can't confirm it, you see "Google Play couldn't confirm this copy of the app. Install 1krBlocker from Google Play and try again." or "Google Play couldn't verify this phone or this copy of the app, so your plan's features aren't available on it. Protection on the phone works as usual.", and your plan's features (such as Deep check) aren't available on that phone.
Protection on the phone keeps working as usual. Messages are still checked, quarantined and explained.
What to try:
- Install 1krBlocker from Google Play. Copies from other stores, websites or APK files can't be verified. Uninstalling and installing it again from Google Play fixes most cases.
- Update Google Play services and the Play Store app, and make sure the phone is signed in to a Google account.
- Check the date, time and internet connection, then try again.
- Modified phones (unlocked bootloader, rooted, or a custom Android version) usually can't pass Google Play's check. That's a limit of the phone, not something 1krBlocker can change.
If it still fails on an unmodified phone with the app from Google Play, contact support and tell us your phone model and Android version.
