No filter is perfect. If a genuine message was warned about, held or blocked, tell 1krBlocker:
- In quarantine: open it and tap Release to inbox (see "A real message ended up in quarantine").
- In your inbox with a warning: open Why? and tap Not spam.
- Blocked: find it under Quarantine → Blocked and release it. If you had blocked the sender, remove them from the Blocked list too.
Each time, 1krBlocker offers Create a rule from this decision?: choose Always trust this sender for a sender you know, or Allow messages like this from this sender. Your decisions are also remembered for that sender.
It keeps happening with one company? Add it as a trusted sender with a label (for example "My bank"). Lots of false alarms in general? Try Balanced or Relaxed in Protection level, or check whether one of your own rules is too broad (the Why? screen names it).
Be sure first: a message saying it's from a well-known company is easy to fake. If it asks you to tap a link, pay or share a code, check with the company directly.
