In your 1kr account: your e-mail address, a password hash (never the password), your language, two-step sign-in settings, your plan for each app and when it ends, whether you started the free Starter, the phones signed in (their keys, app version and last use), your AI key (encrypted, if you saved one), Deep check counts, messages you chose to donate, and a history of security-relevant actions such as sign-ins and plan changes.
Never in your account: your text messages, your notes, photos, videos, voice memos and contacts. They stay on your phones.
Payments are handled by our reseller or by Apple; we don't see card details.
No tracking: no analytics, no advertising IDs, no selling of data. Sponsored cards are chosen only by language and country.
You can download everything (see "Downloading your data") or delete the account (see "Deleting your account") at any time. The full privacy policies for both apps are linked in the apps and on the website.
